Courtyard by Marriott Hangzhou Qianjiang

For our purposes the location was perfect and convenient to find off the subway The room was spacious and clean. The staff was accommodating and very helpful. One can never find ice in China and there room service was never ending.

We decided to take the room without breakfast which was a good idea. Tried it once and was not happy with the Western breakfast. No problem there were a multitude of restaurantslocated right behind the Hotel.

Its clean. Location is good right next to metro station.

Hotel is a bit old, staff doesnt speak english, but translator helps.

The location was excellent as it was next to the Hangzhou Metro. Room was very clean and sleeps enough for 4 person. Housekeeping was excellent as they remember what I needed on a daily basis. Overall, a great hotel in hangzhou

Actually, it’s a nice place to stay. Easy access to local cafes, and close to main attractions in Hangzhou.

There was an incident: A robot got wrong message and kept knocking my daughter’s room during midnight, which was scary to her. The hotel handled this issue promptly and professionally after receiving the complaint, but it’s still a bad experience.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean, with friendly staff and a convenient location. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Location is perfect with many nice restaurants a few feet away. Rooms super clean and super comfortable. Amazing breakfast ! Will happily stay again.

1. There is no employee at the reception who speaks an international language - English.2. The chat with the hotel does not work because questions are simply ignored and not answered.3. The deposit upon check-in is higher than the cost of accommodation itself.4. The return of the deposit had to be knocked out through the payer's bank because the hotel does not respond to any letters.5. When cleaning the room, they do not check the presence of shampoo and gel in the tubes attached to the wall.

Bathroom lights too dim. Foyer too small to provide enough shelter from rain when disembarking from vehicles especially with luggages. Booked 2 rooms with family but was allocated 2 different floors.

Rooms are good with a good shower and beds are comfortable.

No where to have a drink or order room service, even though advertised. Location not so good as nothing around.

It was a great modern hotel with all the facilities I needed and more. From the foyer to the bar, up the elevator to my room, the whole experience was fantastic! The robot who delivered a shaving kit to my room was the cherry on top!

I could not fault the hotel in any way! There is simply no room for improvement.

The gym was good.

The room was very very hot. It was winter but the temperature in the room could not be individually adjusted meaning I couldn’t turn on the aircon. The property uses a central heating system and it was set too warm. The room was at 26 degrees the whole night even with the window opened. In short, it was simply way too warm and stuffy. It was hard to sleep.

Staff were helpful but couldn’t speak too much English, which as a business traveller can be problematic. Great value for money.

No 24 hour room service, again problematic when on a hectic schedule and arriving in at 2am and needing to eat before a 5am strat to travel for meetings. Wifi was incredibly slow which meant that I couldn’t get the work I needed done before I slept and left the next morning. Staff were however incredibly helpful, despite the language barrier, and ordered me a Mac Donald’s, which I was incredibly grateful for. Rooms were also dated and worn.
